About AMA
The American Marketing Association is a national chapter that allows students the chance to grow in their interest and knowledge of marketing. Becoming a member is an easy way to take advantage of many fun, specialized, and informative opportunities. Some of the things that you can get from the American Marketing Association by becoming a member is access to the chance to go to nationwide marketing conferences, access to podcasts from top marketers, the abilities to participate in mentorship activities and to build your resume and network!
To get involved in Appalachian State's AMA club please come to our bi-weekly meetings. Come learn how you can be a member and get involved! We offer guest speakers, resume building workshops, and a number of committees to be involved in! If interested you can join us or contact one of our officers for more information!
Mission Statement
We are a group of dedicated individuals joined by our love of marketing who are seeking to improve our impact in the Walker College of Business and around the Appalachian State campus. We aspire to learn and grow into future marketing professionals through working as a club with the support of faculty advisors, marketing professionals, and our combined group knowledge.
